Quantum Physics: Made Simple & Spiritual

Have you ever thought, What is matter? What is this existence that I live? What gives this all meaning? How does it really work? Lately, I've been feeling a strong shift to dive deeper into the spiritual realm as the true reality while physicality is secondary. I've realized that as humans we have been looking at the 3D physical world as the cause when it is actually the effect mirrored from the quantum.

If reality is a mirror? What is this mirror reflecting? The physical universe is the mirror that reflects the world of potentiality that is found in the void - darkness - nothingness of the atom. Let's dive into the world of Quantum physics, the link between science and the spiritual world.

In this post, I'll make Quantum physics simple for you (bring an open mind & heart), here's what we'll cover:

  • What is Quantum Physics?

  • The Quantum Field

  • The true nature of Atoms - building blocks of the universe

  • The observer (you) : the MASTER KEY

  • The control you possess

What is Quantum Physics?

Quantum physics is the scientific study and observation that everything is connected. The nature of our reality is more fluid and mysterious than it seems. It delves into the idea that our consciousness influences the universe so greatly that it can affect matter. This aligns with concepts of interconnectedness and the nature of existence. (which I talk about in this post here, All is One.)

To keep things simple, in this article we'll touch on three main principles of Quantum physics.

Wave-Particle Duality: At the most basic level, particles like electrons and photons can act both like particles and like waves. This means that they can sometimes behave as discrete objects with a defined position, and other times they can exhibit wave-like behaviors, such as interference and diffraction.

Probability and Wave Functions: Instead of predicting exact outcomes, quantum mechanics deals with probabilities. The state of a particle is described by a wave function, which provides the probabilities of finding the particle in various possible states or locations.

Observer Effect: The act of measurement affects the system being observed. For instance, observing an electron can change its behavior, which is related to the collapse of the wave function. The double slit experiment is a cornerstone finding to help us understand quantum reality.

What is the Quantum Field?

The Quantum field is the energetic grid that permeates every aspect of our lives. Think of the field like invisible ocean that fills all of space. Particles, like tiny waves in this ocean, pop in and out of existence. It's the ultimate backdrop where all quantum events and interactions happen.

The field is where many probabilities.. and possibilities. The probability of a car or truck. The probability of a loving partner or self-hating one. The probability of dental school or becoming a ESL teacher. The possibilities are so vast, it is our belief in one probability over another that collapses them into matter. Your mind may be going - no way. "Things are the way they are." "I have no control over anything."

Let's bring your attention to your breath. If your'e reading this, you are breathing (fair assumption). Now that you are aware of your breath, your breathing pattern has changed. Next hold your breath. and Release. You controlled your breathing pattern which you weren't consciously aware off a few minutes ago. You have the ability to control through your observation. This is the principle nature of the quantum field.

The Nature of Atoms

Atoms are the building blocks of our universe. Remember in grade school, when we learned of neutrons, protons and electrons plus the fact that everything that MATTERS is made of them. (pun intended) Upon closer observation to the nature of the atom, it's clear that these particles are not fully solid matter.

Instead of electrons orbiting around the center neurtron, the atom is more like a neutron center with an electron cloud. The electron cloud is not matter - so its essentially nothing. This doesn't change the fact that everything in our physical universe is made of particles. The majority of nothingness is essentially pure potential energy. The entire 3D world is made up of atoms. So what we see is simply 0.000000000001% matter. Just let that sink in.

The Observer Effect

If a tree falls in the forest with no one to hear it fall, Does it make a sound? No, the fall will create a vibration. But if there is no one to interpret the vibration into sound...then no sound is made. This is the apparatus of the universe. Everything has form and 'exists' because of interpretation and observation.

Who is the one interpreting? Who is the one observing? That leads us to YOU. Your conscious awareness of a person, place or thing brings them into tangible existence. Remember the double slit experiment, where atoms moved as particles while being observed and waves when without observation. Since these atoms are the building blocks of the universe -- quite LITERALLY nothing exists without your conscious observation. You are the Master Key.

In Quantum Physics, the Observer Effect is more formally called Collapse of the Wave Function: When a measurement is made, the superposition of states collapses into a single, definite state. Before measurement, particles are described by a "wave function" that gives probabilities of various outcomes.

The POWER you possess

Unlocking the power to your inner key system begins by acknowledging the truth of your observation power. When you go on a quick shopping trip to your'e favorite place (eh hem Target) Your house collapses when your'e out observing (shopping at) Target.

You, are the one that brings the LIFE into your life. You bring the power into your life. Simply by your conscious awareness. Your consciousness is the light that permeates the darkness of unconsciousness. There is a light inside of each of us. This light shines brighter when illuminated with the wisdom of our true Souls nature. Tapping into this true nature is best done through meditation. When you become still, intuition is able to speak to you. Want to align with different meditative practices for you, click here for my e-guide on How to Meditate like a Goddess.

If you've been here a while, you know that I love to dive down the metaphysical rabbit hole. We'll continue to revisit this quantum concept and perception of reality due to its pervasive truth that corroborates ancient traditions, spirituality, religion and intuitive knowing. As I learn more, I'll share more.

Till the next one. ~ Sai 🪬
