As above so below: but what does that mean

There is truly nothing new under the sun. Simply new perspectives. New takes on how things are done. Re-iterations. New angles. It is futile to underestimate the unique take you bring to anything in this world. It is futile to believe that you and the planets spinning in our solar system are not connected. It is futile to discredit the expansive nature of our galaxy that our home planet is suspended into space without us dropping off. 

We literally are made of stardust. Hydrogen, carbon and other elementals - the exact same components that stars dissolve into upon their magnificent death. Yes, magnificent. Contributing to the cycle of life that we have the opportunity to witness within our world, inside and out. Stars never question their opportunity to shine not even if they shine the biggest or brightest. 

We are each apart of this. On stage of this cosmic play, here to understand ourselves, to play, express, explore and discover the magic within and surrounding our souls. We are here with the birds, the whales, the beetles, the flowers and even the milky way. All here to be the same thing. present. 

When you feel worried, anxious, sad, fearful, stuck or overwhelmed. Zoom out. It’s all less catastrophic than you think in this moment. You are more resourceful than you think in this moment. It’s all working for you in this moment no matter how things seem. Sit in this knowing. Take a deep breath in and exhale out the part of you that’s narrowed in. Zoom out.

As above so below… so what’s between. You decide that. I decide that. We all collectively decide.
