Gratitude + Acceptance are best friends

When you are thankful, you are in a state of acceptance and openness. Acceptance is no longer longer needing something to be different that the NOW present moment. This neediness comes from the ego. Allowance comes from the Soul. 

I used to be the girl who complains about every little issue. I needed things to go the way my limited state of consciousness saw as viable options. I was navigating on lack of trust in Source, who I am apart of. Always focusing my attention on what I didn’t want to experience. Simultaneously, failing to realize that it is attention that births more of what is attended to. Now the woman I am is able to move in life from a state of knowing that nothing is final or fatal. yet sometimes I need reminders to zoom out.

The more I understand about myself, the more I see life as a conscious creation of my Souls choosing. Releasing the victim program has been exceptionally difficult for me.

  2. Mindful appreciation in conversation: When speaking with others, practice mindful appreciation by actively listening and expressing gratitude for the person’s presence, help or kindness. Each interaction builds reinforces gratitude in your relationships. 

  3. Begin your day by creating a few minutes to reflect on 3 things you’re grateful for. Big or small - anything that warms your heart.

  4. gratitude journal - there’s just something magical about putting what you're thankful for from pen to paper . By this simple act alone, you are building major momentum for manifestation. 

  5. Allow a sense of thankfulness to expand within your body with an appreciation meditation. Setting aside a few minutes to sit with - what, who you’re grateful for.
