My path into the healing arts was paved in stillness, movement, and surrender. Four years ago, I fell in love with yoga — not just as a physical practice, but as a spiritual portal. A way home.

Since then, I’ve come to know the profound shifts yoga creates — in the body, yes, but also in the breath, the thoughts, the emotional field. It’s an honor to now share this sacred medicine with others — especially through my partnership with Vital Shift Chiropractic, a family run wellness clinic offering cryotherapy, chiropractic care, massage, reiki energy healing, functional medicine testing and therapeutic stretching.

My Unique Somatic Stretching Philosophy & Approach

With my biomedical science anatomy background, I bridge the body awareness with mental stillness in my teaching style. This gives my clients the opportunity to consciously connect with their bodies in a way that is unique to them. I create a mini regimen on your body mechanics + wellness goals to aid in spinal alignment, balance and mental peace. Currently, I am studying acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine, I incorporate acupressure, meridian therapy and qi regulating techniques into my sessions.
